Hand Dipped Strawberries Any Time

Well, Valentine's Day came and went. My wife had ordered some chocolate dipped strawberries as a present for some clients. We've actually made our own a number of times. But in this case they were across the country and it was a lot easier to have them shipped by a company. There's a number of easy recipes you can search for online. But watch out! Some companies will stick you with a serious shipping charge and on top of that, they may not even use real chocolate on their strawberries! Making your own is pretty rewarding in fact. It doesn't matter what time of the year. As long as the market has some decent berries, I pick 'em up and by the end of the day I have a couple dozen chocolate covered strawberries to enjoy for a while.
